1. Delivery Areas

We deliver across GCC. Some remote locations may take extra time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are prepared and packed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders usually reach customers within 4 to 5 business days. Delivery time may vary during high demand seasons or due to courier delays.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are shown at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders that meet a minimum amount.

5. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package on the courier website.

6. Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to reach you, they will try again. If delivery fails after repeated attempts, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re delivery.

7. Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping details are correct. Bizzibu is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect address information.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos or a short video and contact us within 48 hours. We will review the case and assist you with a replacement or solution.

9. Lost Packages

If the courier confirms that your package is lost, we will offer a replacement or refund based on your preference.
