If the courier is unable to reach you, they will try again. If delivery fails after repeated attempts, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re delivery.

Please make sure your shipping details are correct. Bizzibu is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect address information.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos or a short video and contact us within 48 hours. We will review the case and assist you with a replacement or solution.

9. Lost Packages

If the courier confirms that your package is lost, we will offer a replacement or refund based on your preference.
