Returns and Refunds Policy
Welcome to Bizzibu. We aim to give families a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If something is not right with your STEM toy order, we are here to help.
1. Return Period
You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order. The toy must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
• Opened, assembled, or used STEM kits
• Toys damaged due to improper handling
• Clearance or final sale items
• Products without original packaging and accessories
3. Return Process
To start a return, please contact Bizzibu support with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you with the next steps and verify your request.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product arrived damaged or you received the wrong item.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If your STEM toy arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the product along with photos or a short video. We will replace the item or offer a refund after verification.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund status.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 10 to 14 business days for the amount to reflect.
7. Exchanges
We allow exchanges only for the same toy or a similar STEM toy of equal value. This depends on availability of stock.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
